"Reveal!"

by jamie_gregory @ 31. May 2007 - 08:36:58

Thank you Dean Christopher for the tagging. Looks like I've been drafted in for a dose of chain mail blogging. I'm supposed to give 10 facts about me and pass on a similar request to seven others posting them messages.

Weeeeell....I'm prepared to comply with the first half but I'm afraid not being a believer in foistering chain mails onto unsuspecting cyber-friends I won't be passing the request on... 'The family tree stops here' as I once saw a tee-shirt say on a Pride march a long time ago!!!

So ten facts about Jamie Gregory:

1. Jamie Gregory is a nom d'internet
2. I'm partially blind in one eye (me and Odin both eh?)
3. In my teens me and a friend were into making wine and beer. We made it out of anything. Not just apples and elderflower but left over tea and nettles..eugh!!
4. When I was sixteen my mother caught me performing an invocation to Osiris - she threatened to tell my dad!
5. When I ordained as a Buddhist monk she expressed relief that at least I hadn't joined a coven.
6. I'm broke
7. I kept honey bees for a while in my teens
8. I sometimes have the feeling that I'm a fraud but as long as nobody finds out I might get away with it.
9. Scuba diving is one of the most remarkable experiences of my life.
10. Although my life has been pretty good and I'm not unhappy my favourite year was my first undergraduate year at university in Northern Ireland.

There you have it ten facts about Jamie Gregory..

By the way, for those who are following the story on the Peggy Duell magick book, the museum has not come up with any information on the item listed in the previous post on this site. They are still trying so - fingers crossed!!

Regarding number 8, I'm totally convinced that everyone are frauds. I know I don't have a clue and I have seen no evidence that anyone else do either. So, just relax. People are too preoccupied with hiding their own fuck-ups to ever notice yours.

Anyway, are there any stories up and coming? I've already read all the ones you've put up here.

Oh Lordy! That's put me on the spot I didn't think anyone was reading them so sort of lost interest. I have a half finished Cunning Man story - better get on with it I suppose!!!

Thanks for the comment

Regards,

Jamie
