Keeping on the theme of Thelema and Aleister Crowley below we have pictures of 124 Victoria Street London SW1. The office/temple of AC when in 1909 he started publishing 'The Equinox' the official journal of his magickal order the A.A.

He had the flat on the top floor 'up five flights of stairs' his friends would complain.

It was also from here that he started, with his group, giving public performances of - The Rites of Eleusis; which later transferred to the Conway Hall.

Maybe there should be a 'blue plaque' there to mark the spot of one of London's colourful characters. Or perhaps the Thelemic current 93, has already make its own sign.

Number 124 Victoria street is very close to Bressenden Place and in the photo below you can see it on the left hand side. Look at the new building 'thrown up' on the opposite corner of Bressenden Pl. and Victoria Street.

A bird of prey?

Could it be a hawk perhaps? The symbol of the Aeon of Horus which Crowley claimed he was helping to usher in?
