To commemorate the death anniversary of the artist & sorcerer Austin Osman Spare (1886-1956), I have put together this little video. It introduces one of the techniques central to his work - atavistic resurgence.
I hope to compile another video of places in London where Spare lived or exhibited his work later in the year. In the meantime my thanks to David Tibet for permission to use Current 93's 'Faust' as the soundtrack.
